TuMecenas is a business project that will be incorporated as a company in its own right. When that happens, the new company will take over ownership of the website and this notice will be updated with its details.
Purpose
This website provides information and services for structuring the financing of audiovisual, performing arts and music projects through the tax incentives set out in articles 36 and 39.7 of Spain's Corporate Income Tax Act 27/2014. TuMecenas connects production companies, financing companies and tax advisers.
TuMecenas is not a producer, promoter or financial institution, and does not raise, hold or manage third-party funds: investors' contributions are made directly to the producers.
